sapu minyak bawang putih ( boleh google), spray sterimar baby dlm hidung n sedut hingus yg keluar. beli je penyedut hingus kat kedai baby. pastu tinggikan sikit kepala baby masa tidur. mandikan dgn air lemon, kerap sapu minyak telon. itu cara sy dulu lah
