Abdominal pain during the night at 12 weeks plus

I am a first time mum and I have been having a bit of mild lower abdominal pain like when I am on my period before. It makes me toss and turn to find the best position to sleep or it will wake me up to walk out the cramping like pain. Is this normal?

Spotting during 1st Trimester

I am a 1st time mum and I had some dark brown discharge (just a bit) at 10 weeks with mild cramping... is that normal or should I panic?
