Bunda, anak saya usia 22bulan, dulu saat umur 20bulan pernah sembelit dan sekarang jadi kayak trau

trauma pup, suka pup sedikit2 aja, walau pup nya ga keras ttp kayak takut ngeden. Gimana ya cara mengatasinya bun? Ada yg pernah mengalami?
