Hello po mga, Preggy Moms! Ask lang po if may lumabas na Mucus Plug (no blood) and pasulpot sulpot na sakit ng puson meaning po ba malapit nako maglabor? 1cm palang po ako nung last IE saken. Thank you.

Sleep Position

Hi mga Mommies! I'm 16 weeks preggy. Kahit anong try ko mag side by side position ng sleep, I'm always ended up na nakatihaya. Everytime nagigising ako ganon na nagiging position ko. Normal po ba yun? Like hindi ba sya makakaapekto kay baby? Thank you, Mommies!
