guys okay lang ba na, pag pinainom ka ng gamot na vitamins at folic acid. diba morning at afternoon mo sya iinumin. okay lang ba na, isa isa lang iinumin ko? like for example, vitamins ininum ko kaninang tanghali. tapos bukas naman yung gamot na folic acid para sa dugo ni bby.
