big child needs disciple

I've been reading the article abt 7 warning signs that ur child needs discipline and i am alarmed that my 22 yr daughter has 5 signs. She is very streetsmart, got high grades when is was in schl, headstrong, stubborn, wants to get her way all d time and speaks disrespectfully. I tried to talk to her several times but things just get worse. Help pls.
