Urine burn under penis of baby boy - help

Please help. Anyone encounter this problem? My baby 3 months old. He cried every time pee .check got urine burn under his penis and on his scrotum where the penis usually lies. How to heal?

Is it diaper rash? Try to change diaper frequently or probably the diaper you’re using now is not suitable. If it is serious, suggest you to bring your baby to the PD. They could provide a proper cream to apply.

My 3 month old poop 2 days 1 time. Is it normal?

Baby drinking like normal

Is your baby on formula or breast milk? 2 days 1 time is normal. Some babies don’t poop for 5-7 days. As long as your baby is not showing any discomfort then it’s all good.
