Almuranas

Ano po ang pwedi igamot sa almuranas habang natagal na hapdi po kasi hindi effective yung ointment na binigay kasi para maipasok ko sya pabalik . May gamot po ba para hindi na lumabas pa . Super iritable at na hapdi . Thanks in advance . 3months pregg !

Dapat kong gawin o tamang inumin pag masakit ang ulo ?

Yung sakit po ng ulo ko sobra sobra .Parang binibiyak, Hindi po na talab ang paracetamol. May alam po ba kayo na pwedi pa inumin mawala lang yung sakit nakakaiyak na kasi sa sobrang sakit ... 3Months pregg !
