Deppression, Anxeity Attack Overlaps me.. what to do?
I've been thru alot in this time of pandemic, I am stronger to the face of the people I loved like my husband, my parents and my sister but the truth is I hide my sensitive part and I cried everynight because of it... I tried to oepn to them but they dont understand me. I need some advice that would help me get through this I think that Im having deppression back again and I wasnt sure if Im handling it properly I became more iritable and sometimes negative thoughts ovelpase me.
