Detak jantung janin 37minggu

Saya mau tanya.. tadi periksa di puskesmas katanya detak jantung janin agk cepat 163.. kenapa ya kok bisa pdhal bulan2 kemarin detak jantungnya normal2 saja.. apa yg harus saya lakukan agar detak jantung janin kembali normal sperti bulan2 kemarin?
