Berat naik mendadak.

Hi. Saya pregnant dah masuk 28 weeks. Berat saya setiap 2 minggu naik 0.5g ke 1kg. Saya tak banyak makan tapi air memang sehari minum banyak. Doc bising berat naik mendadak and suruh kurangkan makan nasi,roti,mee atau pasta dan benda2 manis. Saya makan memang kuantiti dah sikit dah, tu pon malam kadang2 makan je muntah balik. Boleh tak suggest kat saya makanan apa lagi yang bagus untuk gantikan carbo dalam pemakanan sebab buntu jugak makan sikit tapi berat asyik naik banyak. Manis pon memang dah kurangkan dah. Tapi still berat naik. Nak catu makan lagi kesian baby takut nutrient tak cukup pula. Cereal atau nestum ke okay tak ya?
