Tensi tinggi

Bun ada yg sama ga yaa tensi tiba² tinggi di tm 3 pdhal sblmnya periksa berapakali normal aja, tips/obat yg bisa nurunin tensi dong bun🙏.

    coba makan melon, semangka, ketimun bun istirahat yg cukup, tidur jg cukup jgn stres, jgn byk pikiran diet garam konsumsi obat penurun tensi kl diresepkan oleh dokter
