Bayi 4 bulan 20 hri batuk pilek

Bun anak saya umur 4 bulan 20 hri sedang batuk pilek , ada ingus nya tapi nggak keluar ,nafas nya grok grok kyak ada dahak juga tpi nggk keluar kasian liat nya , apa ya obat yg bisa nyembuhin batuk pilek bayi
