Perut berasa ketat, kencang, penuh.

Hamil 24 week bunda, tapi perut rasanya ketat banget, 😢😢, mau ap2 susah, duduk susah, sesak, kyk berasa sempit x ruang perutnya.. tdur mau bgkit susah banget, duduk juga jadi sebeh, berdiri juga sakit bagian belakang, ya Allah nikmatnya, ada solusi gak ya hunda2?
