morning sickness

6 weeks pregnant pero d pa nakaranas ng morning sickness. Normal lang po ba yun? Napansin ko lang na sobrang bilis akong magutom

So i had my first day of my last period nung july 24, and hanggang ngayon hindi pa ako ngkaroon. I tried a PT at home thrice and it all showed positive. If buntis nga po ako, kelan po ba start ng counting of weeks ko? Ilang weeks na po ba ako ngayon?
