nagkasakit ako several weeks after the CS. sipon, mild cough at fever. nag steam inhalation ako, 3x a day. para hindi magtrigger ang cough, uminom ako ng warm water with honey. kung may pleghm, it is better na ilabas para mabawasan ang ubo dahil un ang nagccause ng coughing if wet cough. continue magbinder to support ang belly. kung 2weeks nang inuubo, consult doctor. follow personal hygiene para hindi mahawa si baby. wear facemask. always wash hands before hawakan si baby.
