False labor or active labor?

2am or 3am nag wiwi ako lumabas na yung jelly white na may konting blood and then 5am may bloody show na ako til now. Regular contraction nasakit balakang and puson pero kaya ma handle ftm here and still don’t know what to do baka kasi pauwiin lang ako kapag nag punta ng hospital😭
