Room temperature

Hello, ano po normal/recommended room temp sa newborn? My LO is more than a week old. According to his lola, lamigin daw si LO, kaya kahit daytime ay naka longsleeve at pajama sya at balot na balot pa ng blanket. At nightime naman, we set the aircon at 25 degrees, and same pa din set up niya. Kaso last night we noticed na basa na ng pawis ang ulo niya pati ang sapin niya. Gusto ko sana sanayin si LO sa normal room temp.

In general, kung malamig or mainit para sa inyo, ganun din si baby, although mas pawisin rin talaga ang mga babies. Ang iadjust nyo po ay yung damit nya. Kung malamig, mas balot and more layers. Kung mainit (or pinapawisan si baby), then thinner layers and less skin coverage. Same with pagsu-suot ng socks and bonnet, kung hindi naman malamig, it's not necessary. Just as hindi ok na ginawin si baby, hindi rin naman tama na mainitan sya nang sobra.
