Recovery from Subchorionic bleeding

Hello mga momshies, need po sana ng advice. I am now 13 weeks pregnant. Nung 9weeks po kasi nagka-bleeding ako and needed to confine for 2days. Then advice for 30-day bedrest. During bedrest may brown discharge ako usually sa umaga sa 1st wiwi. Nung 2nd week bedrest, wala naman na. Halos stain nalang. As per OB, ok lang daw yun basta brown. Bumalik daw sa kanya pag nag-color red. I am on my 3rd week ng bedrest. I tried to sleep sa 2nd floor namin kaya lang kinabukasan may lumabas na naman brown discharge and masyadong marami. Feeling ko dahil sa pressure ng pag-akyat. Magbabalik work na ako ng July25 pero ngayon di ko alam kung papasok na ako. Help please advice po.
