    kurang lebih 14 hari sebelum perkiraan haid bulan berikutnya bu. kalo mau praktis bisa pake alat tes kesuburan (yg d celup ke urine spt testpack) mulai tes sejak hari ke 12 (hari 1 dihitung dri hari pertama menstruasi) sampai hasil positif (berarti lg subur)
