Selling my Doopser breastpump i bought at Mamme Lifestyle online shop. P2,500 ko nabili pero i'll sell it nalang for P1900. Almost new! Wala kasi ako milk so hindi ko nagamit talaga. Sure buyer only. Vitamins for 2nd - 3rd trimester

Sharing the vitamins I take. Baka makatulong sa mga d makapagpacheckup.. 1st Trimester - Folic (any brand pero i took Folart) Avoid taking Berroca and Centrum. Sabi ng OB ko my ingredient daw yun na hindi advisable sa pregnant women. 26 Weeks now: Multivitamins - Obimin Plus Iron + Folic - Iberet Calcium - Calvit Gold
