Edema and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Normal lang po ba edema at 35 weeks? Sino din po naka experience ng Carpal tunnel syndrome like numbness and tingling sensation both hands? Tapos sobrang sakit ng kamay sa umaga. Ang hirap ibaluktot. Any remedies mga momsh?

32 weeks Breech Position

May chance pa po ba umikot si baby? Paano po? Any tips. First time mom here. Thank you.

Breech din baby ko at 26 weeks then may nabasa ako na nakakatulong daw yung magpapatugtog ka ng classical music tapos itatapat mo sa kipay mo. 😂 Now at 31 weeks, cephalic na ata si baby. Kinapa ni OB at nakapwesto na daw.
