Spotting?

Any one here experience spotting or bleeding? I'm still confused if I'm having spotting or bleeding. Since Jan. 26 po kasi nakita ko may dugo ako sa undies ko so I decided to go to the nearest hospital and niresetahan ako ng duvadilan. hanggang ngayon may dugo pa din pero hindi naman napupuno yung panty liner ko. Possible din kaya na cause din ng bleeding ay UTI since wala ako nararamdaman any pain. and aside from that, diluted ang urine ko ng blood everytime mag pee ako. pahelp naman po kung may experience kayo na ganito. thank you mga momsh. ? P.S. if spotting po, how many days naglalast?
