blood at 18weeks

Any one who experienced bleeding at 18weeks? nagpa doctor po ba agad kayo? light bleed lng po pagka ihi ko this morning pero with clot at wala rin po akong nararamdaman anything na masakit. Please advise, thanks po

More water and Vit C lang. Hindi ako pinayagan mag meds ng OB ko before.
