Depende naman po yan sa "commitment" na willing nyo ioffer sa Panginoon ☺️ Although sinasabi naman ng simbahan na "exempted" ang mga bata, senior, buntis at may sakit sa fasting and abstinence, depende pa rin po sa inyo yan.
