Siapa preggy mom yg kat sini sembelit teruk sbb consume zincofer yg kk bagi? Saya trimester 2 , sembelit teruk sgt..kalau nanti inform Kk , dorang akn tukar ubat apa ye? And ok tak untuk ibu yg dh cuba ubat lain yg kk bagi selain zincofer?

Jumlah folic acid

Hi mommies, saya google banyak cakap jumlah folid acid harian utk pregnant women 0.4mg sehingga 1mg. Tapi kalau kita beli folic acid selalunya satu pil tu 5mg..boleh consume ke 1 hari satu pil yg 5mg? Help me , i am confusing #FirstParentsToBe
