Any parents withdraw child from school due to health reasons and enrol back for Nursery or Kindergarten 1? Any issues enrolling back such as longer waiting time, hard to get placement?

Baby stool

My baby is 3 months old. Changed her formula from frisolac gold normal to frisolac AR after seeing a pd. Started last sunday. Today her poop was in this colour as in the photo. I would like to know if this is normal
