Milk stain in baby's teeth

Can Nido jr stain baby's teeth? Simula po kasi ng nag nido kami napapansin ko na nag ye-yellow yung teeth ng LO ko. 2x a day naman sya nag toothbrush . 3 months napo simula ng ng Nido jr kami . Sino po ba dito matagal ng Nido user ? Ok lang po ba teeth ng babies nyo ?
