Good day momsh, im on my 27th week, is it okay if mag start nakong sa “NO RICE” meals? Natatakot kasi akong masyadong lumaki si baby sa tyan baka mahirapan akong mag labor like my first child sobra ko syang napalaki sa loob ng tyan hirap na hirap ako naglabor nuon. ??
