tiada rezeki

Assalamualaikum.. arini dh boleh keluar ward. Doakan saya sihat dan ada rezeki lain ya.. mungkin sy tiada rezeki kali ni.. sy didapati kndungan luar rahim semalam baru lepas operation buang tiub belah kanan dan kandungan.. sedih memang sedih tapi tiada rezeki. Doakan sy kuat hadapi semua ni.
