My kiddo is 3.5 years old; she always avoid her food ...wants to escape the lunch n dinner time... although eats fruits regularly...any tips ? Or let her learn with time...

    Hi You can try new recipes for her. You can even change the way a particular thing. Like you know how it happens that we do not like some dal at our home but same thing we like at our neighbour's place or aunt's home. So...mat be change the timings of adding nasal in the dal or vegetable or if you add tomatoes to a vegetable then try making it without them next time.
