I'm currently 6 months with my first child. I've noticed that the edges of the inside of my nipples has these kind of white clogged pores. Is it normal? Will it change once I start breast feeding/pumping?

Has anyone had a water birth? if so, how was the experience? I rather go all natural than being surrounded by a bunch of nurses and doctors
