susah BAB

Bun saya hamil 22w mengalami susah bab. Barusan saya coba pakai mikrolax tp tetep kluar hanya sedikit masaih rasa tidak nyaman. Apa karna fases nya terlalu keras. Obat apa yang alami biar mudah BAB atau ada saran bunda yg lain.

    Coba obat dulcolac yang dimasukin ke anus Bun....saya juga lagi coba konsumsi pepaya soalnya kemarin 2x sembelit
