bagaimana cara panaskan susu perahan?

Bolehkah saya terus letak dalam air suam utk memanaskan susu perahan yg baru saja dikeluarkan dari peti ais? Perlukah sy menunggu susu tersebut mencapai suhu bilik dahulu sebelum dipanasakan?
