Need help/advise mga momsh

Hello mga momsh, baka po meron sa inyo nakaranas ng Low Lying Placenta. Pa advise naman po kung ano pwedeng gawin para umayo sya. Im 31 weeks na po, may pag asa pa po kaya umayos. Thank you!
