Posisi tidur untuk bumil yang nyaman gmn ya bund??

Saya hamil 16w posisi tdr dsarankn miring ke kiri, tp ko sakit ya bund perut sebelah kiri klo miring ke kanan nyaman sekali ndak sekit...ada yg ngalamin seperti saya??

    Miring kanan jga gpp Bun, atau gak daerah perut sama pinggangnya diganjel sama bantal yg lembek..
