about babies cries

I have a 7weeks old baby . Other than "eh" "neh" "owh" "eairh" "heh" How else can i know why my baby is crying? & how to console a overtired baby? I cant seem to deciphire what she wants everytime , bcuz sometimes she says "eh" but she wants to drink . My baby girl also cries alot & refuses the nipples sometimes , i even burped her & changed her nappy. Maybe she has a tummy ache or gas but i tried doing bicycle motions & nothing helped. Some help!

Sometimes some babies just want ppl to carry. Normally I will give my girl milk or change diaper when it’s about time. U know roughly how long it will take. Sometimes she just want ppl to talk to her. And sometimes want someone to carry her. If u give ur lo pacifier, it shld help as well.

how do i get rid of dry skin?

My baby has dry skin on her eyebrows n in between! How do i get rid of them? She is 7weeks old

It's normal. I used Aveeno baby lotion.
