Hello po ask ko Lng 6month pregnant po ako at employed advised sakin nung ngpaultrasoud ako na need ko na mgbedrest ano po ba dapat ipasa ko sa HR ko para mkapg Leave napo at babaLik nlng ako after 2months manganak ififile parin po kaya nila SSS maternity ko?

if your OB advised you on bedrest, you should have requested for a medical certificate saying that you were advised to be on bedrest. example, i was advised on bedrest for 4 weeks. my OB gave me a medical certificate. if you decided to use the sss maternity leave, discuss it with your HR. to determine kelan mo lang pwede gamitin ang 105 days if you are to go on leave before giving birth. technically, sss maternity leave is only computed for 105 days. so, if you are on leave more than the 105 days, wala kang bayad, unless you have paid leaves that you can file. para malinaw sa inyong company policy. best to talk with your HR.
