Hypothyroidism Result 8.75 uIU/mL and 7 weeks pregnant, how will this affect my baby?

Hi Mommies, I've been worried sick. I've been diagnosed years ago of papillary CA and had to remove my thyroid. Recently I visited my Endo, and based from the TSH results I am hypo. Can this affect my baby right away? Im still on euthyrox, my endo increased my dosage to 150mcg daily. But what else can I do to prevent bad things happening to my baby? #

Went to the doctor to have my first transV ultrasound. No embryo yet. Only yolk sac . Is that normal? #pregnancy #advicepls
