Nan Optipro Formula Milk in Singapore VS in Malaysia

Hi mummies, Any difference in ingredients for Nestle Nan formula milk selling in Singapore and Malaysia? Looks like Malaysia is selling Nan Pro and Spore is selling as Nan Optipro.. a bit confused whether they are the same? My LO is currently 5m+ and had been taking Nan Optipro SG version. As he is going to switch to stage 2 of FM soon, i am thinking to buy from Msia as much more cheaper. Any sharing will be greatly appreciated!! #firsttimemom #firstbaby #milk

Overnight oats

Headaches

I am currently 15 weeks and this is my first pregnancy. I have been experiencing headache since few weeks ago. It happens almost like everyday early in the morning like 5am/6am even before i wake up. The pain will be starting from neck and all the way up to my head and like those squeezing kind of pain and sometimes is really unbearable. The pain will last for few hours or even half a day before i start to feel better. Any mummy experience this? And remedy to cure this? #advicepls Thanks.
