Mga momsh tulong. Naka experience din ba kayo neto? Huhu how to remove your wedding ring na na stuck sa na mamaga mong kamay huhu. Nilagyan ko na ng cooking oil, oil, conditioner, soap etc. Binabad sa hot water tapos dental floss and all ayaw parin. Ayaw kong gibain ang wedding ring ko momsh kasi may mga paniniwala kami. Carpal Tunnel during pregnancy

Hello momsh first time mommy here pwede po mag ask if sino naka experience dito na 6 months preggy tapos na mamanhid ang kamay na parang may tumutusok na karayum. Nag search ako mommies at sabi daw carpal tunnel daw yun. Is it normal? And ano po ang remedy nito mga momsh? Minamasahe ko lang ng vics kaso bumabalik na naman. Help di ako maka grip ng maayos ??
