Rawatan GDM semasa hamil

Saya tress skrg ni bila dpat tahu ada GDM...pregnant sebelum ni tiada sejarah...ini pregnant yg ke 3 dan ada GDM...makanan mmg saya jaga waktu pregnant..tapi saya cuma xdapat kawal makan buah...saya mmg akan mkn buah yg byk setiap hari dengan alahan yg teruk 😭😭😭😭
