    Kurangin garam dan makanan yang asin2 bun. Selain itu konsultasikan sedetail mungkin sama dokter atau bidan

      Biasanya dikasih ini Bun.. pengalaman soalnya mengencerkan darah diminum sehari sekali pun kaya permen dikunyah rasa jeruk
