Hello! Gaano katagal po kayo dinugo after manganak? I undergo CS more than 1 month ago and until now dinudugo (menstruation) pa din ako since nanganak ako.

yes and thats normal.. ginawa ko before is binabad ko sa lukewarm water with salt. actually utos ng mga nkatatanda. somehow nawala naman pamamanhid

What's the best sleeping position for a 17 weeks pregnant? Okey lang po ba naka tihaya pag natutulog? Will it affect baby's physical appearance?

I'm an online Teacher and spent 4-5 hours of sitting in front of my PC. Will my sitting position can damage baby's physical appearance? I'm 17 weeks pregnant now

Every hr tumayo ka and mag stretch tsaka lakad ng konti.. sa work ko nman 8hrs akong nkaupo at nka harap sa computer.. iniistretch at tinataas ko dn paa ko kase nangangalay sila
