Bleeding in week 5 pregnancy

Last Sun I start to bleed and went to see gynae and was informed pregnancy only at week 5 with water bag seen. Dr prescribed duphaston and aspirin and gave me MC for bed rest. Been a week and still bleeding even though is started from 4 panty liner to now about 2 panty liner a day. I’m so worried as I have a miscarriage in March. Is that normal? Or I should take progesterone jab? #advicepls #pleasehelp

Recommendation for Fish Oil in Gummy Form

Currently in my 2nd trimester and having difficulty in swallowing the fish oil... I can only swallow small pills such as folic acid only... really stress over it..
