Cesarean delivery, what causes I am 1st time mom at age 39 Y/0.

Good afternoon po I am given birth cesarean delivery, got home 9 days at now & earlier may napansin lamang po ako about sa changes in vision parang lumabo. Another minsanan abdominal pain saan may operation? Bukod pa sa pamamanas na 2 foot ko ( at the moment lessen na ang laki unlike last few days mataba talaga) & I thinking baka sa medicines na nainom to cure my cesarean operation. Need po ba consult sa Ob. Salamat.
