I’m currently 3 months pregnant and experiencing food poisoning. Any tips or advice on food/water intake to recover from food poisoning? It’s been 5 days and i’m not getting better.

Have u see a doctor? Doctor will prescribe u the powder to dissolve in water to replenish ur water lose.. and probably charcoal pill to stop your diarrhoea. I have stomach flu previously when i was 15weeks and i run the loo for more than 10times.. See a doc and went to my gynae for a scan…

yes, swimming as it is all stage preg friendly :) I only attend p. n yoga after 13 weeks

Diarrhea during pregnancy

Hi. Is it normal to have diarrhea during pregnancy. Currently 15 weeks but keep going in n out the toilet for 5 times today. Will baby be ok?

i had diarrhoea too. but mine is because my daughter had stomach flu. so i caught it from her

Not much pregnancy symptom, normal?

Hello! I just found out I’m 5 weeks pregnant, but apart from missed period and a bit of discomfort here and there, I’m not experiencing any morning sickness (yet). Is this normal? Thanks!

Foods to avoid for healthy pregnancy

I know there are many foods we can still eat or drink during pregnancy (in moderation). What are the absolute NO-NOs?

Alcohol & raw food (though I still ate sashimi, cos I read online that you could still eat abit at places where you ate at before ans didn’t give any food poisoning so I did that 😳)
