Is it safe for 40yr pregnant women to fly?
Hi mummies, any 40+ women here who have flown / travelled? Iam 40yr old, 20wks now, 1st baby, and planning to travel on 24th weeks for 2.5hr flight duration. Please share & advise if you have experienced it before.
Cramping feel antsy on head
Hi mummies.. Do u ever feel like i dont how to explain but i try. When u sit too long then ur leg cramp feel like ants walking.. But this instead happens to your head.

Anyone has experience finding out that baby has VSD At anatomy scan? Just found out today. Please do share your experience if you have gone through this. Really heartbroken…
baby movement
currently 19weeks.. ftm. cant feel baby movement yet, sometimes will paranoid over small odd feelings felt in tummy (because not sure how baby movement feels like) anyone face the same? :( when will i be able to feel & see my baby move.. thanks in advance!
Husband no paternity leave
My husband wants to start a new job in my third trimester, one month before my EDD. (Pay cut of 10%, no pay leave to be used instead of paternity leave). We quarrelled today because he feels that I am not supportive while I feel unsupported. This is so difficult……anyone has any advice? We talked about it before but it’s not getting any better seriously. It’s transiting to anger now.
tiny clot after pee
hi. ftm here. has anybody experienced this? found this after i peed ytd night. have no pain, no cramps or anything. just this tiny clot with very very mild tinted brownish discharge that came together.. just this 1x. had similar encounter 3 weeks ago with some pinkish discharge & same tiny clot (but all was ok after check + duphaston given) my next appt is in another week.. just really worried and thinking if i should consult gyne asap. (ps: this time isnt as bad as 1st time) currently 19weeks 5days.. just a worried and anxious ftm. any advise is appreciated. thank you!
Any mummy here surviving on iced water?
I either drink hot or iced water. Any room temperature water makes me feel nausea. Week 13 now. Whenever I only drink hot water, I don’t drink more than 1L per day, but with ice cube water, I drink more. No ice, not able to drink either. How? Is this acceptable?

Do anyone know what is the maternity package and the price like for Dr Wong Heng Fok at Tampines thomson? My wife is expecting and intend to change to Thomson doct. The receptionist refused to tell me unless I made an appointment with Doc, but I found abit risky and costly as we will need to pay ala-crate consultation fee, if we ended up never take his package So like to know if anyone have an idea on the package price? we staying at Tampines, so naturally it is our first choice if price and doct okay for us
