Still sick in 2nd trimester

Hi mummies! I’m in week 16 and while I’ve gained some energy back, unfortunately the nausea and indigestion has been getting worse 😞 My gynae says it’s normal and has only prescribed me diclectin, which helps a little. Just wondering, for those who’ve experienced nausea throughout the entire pregnancy, does it really only go away after you deliver? How do you cope with it, especially since it’s for 9 full months and not just the first trimester? It’s just been so hard to live normally/enjoy my pregnancy when I’m constantly feeling nauseous 😞

I'm currently at week 20 and during week 18-19, I had a very bad episode of vomitting for many days so I went kkh a&e and opt for the drip as I was severely dehydrated. For my case, I realised that the multivitamin that my gynae prescribed had a very strong smell that I feel that I can smell it throughout the whole day thus affected my appetite and overall made me nauseas. Maybe good to look into your pills prescribed if they cause any bad taste in mouth. Afterall we become quite sensitive when we're pregnant

I experienced nausea throughout my entire pregnancy and it does go away after my delivery. To be honest, I don’t know how I managed to survive the entire 9 months but I just endured 😅 I keep something sweet like gummies inside my bag all the times. When I feel nauseous, I will eat it. It does help me. I also try not to think so much and do something else to distract myself.
