Breastmilk vs formula

My 1 month is drinking 120ml 2 hourly. Baby will scream for it. But when breastfed, he seems to be full after a few minutes and goes to sleep. Any idea why? I don’t even think i am producing 120ml per feeding:/

most likely the baby get tired and fall asleep after sucking nipple for too long

Baby sleeps only after 11 pm

Hi mummies, ive been trying to sleep train my 2.5 month baby since a long time ago but its not working that well. Usually 7pm, i will start to bring him into the room to let him sleep. Ive made the room to be dimly lit etc for him to differentiate between day and night. but once i swaddle and put him into the cot, he cries badly. we tried so many methods even put him next to us but he refuses to sleep. he will cry until 10 plus of which then he will fall asleep after we pacify him… any mummies who managed to overcome this?

You can try observing his sleep pattern for the first 2.5months. When did he start to sleep a long stretch of hours then slowly move the timing forward. If he used to be sleeping at 12 midnight and suddenly you want him to sleep at 7pm, he will definitely be fussy and not wanting to sleep. Setting up a consistent bedtime routine helps too.

Is it normal for 3mo baby to poop only once a day or poop none a day? Baby is on bm and fm but more times on fm

I’m not sure if this will be helpful to you, but my baby pooped every 3-4 days until she started solids at 6 months. Everytime I went to the doctor, doctor said she was fine! As long as their tummy is not bloated and hard, should be okay :-) hope it helps you keep your worries at bay! ♥️

Hi, I am using a cream (bought from pharmacy) and it helps a lot. Apply plenty multiple times and also before each bowel movements

Recovery from episiotomy restitch

Dear mommies, anyone mind sharing the recovery of your episiotomy wound.. i underwent restitch on Day 15 and now its my day 9 of restitch. Feels pain still and cant ambulate properly. :( does it usually take this long to recover.

bedrest alot and leave everytng else to husband.
